I'm giving "Rodell" a 4.5, as whilst it's not the most out-there name in terms of creativity, it's the kind that lets you successfully guess the ethnicity of offender in a newspaper article when they don't show pictures of the offender, thus circumventing the politically-correct MSM trick of showing the victim instead of the perpetrator, just like the above article.
